Willie’s Cacao is all about flavour. They believe that great cacaos are like fine wines - each one has its own individual flavour due to the specific genetics, soil and climate.
To capture this, Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made from the bean. Single estate cacaos are bought directly from the farmers, and the beans are then roasted in antique ball roasters and made into chocolate. The exquisite chocolate is made from raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter - no soya lecithin, no vanilla - nothing which detracts from the flavour of the bean.
